Book Recommendation: When The Smoke Clears
Sooo, I just finished reading this really awesome novel by Lynette Eason. Loved it! And you know how we do it here on Royalty Press, we share. And so I’d like to add ‘When the smoke clears’ to my long list of book recommendations. This is the first book in Eason’s Reunion series and the first book I’ve read from her and she did not disappoint. This book reminds me of the work of Dee Henderson, the combination of action, suspense, romance and salvation always thrills me and Eason appears to be one of those writers that offers that in her work as well and I can’t wait to read more from her. I’m so pleased to add a new name to the list of talented novelist that uplift and entertain simultaneously. That’s why I’m begging you book worms to check this book out, it keeps you guessing, the characters are interesting, the suspense just keeps coming page after page… you’ll love it. For those of you who love strong but real female characters you will love the main character Alexia, a fire fighter with a dark past, now forced to stop running from it as she’s thrown into a web of murders, deception and secrets.
